Gab’s 5 Minute Breakfast Wrap

We’ve all had those mornings. You wake up late and don’t have the time to make yourself an elaborate breakfast but you still want to get a nutritious and healthy breakfast in before you head out the door. If this sounds familiar to you, then this 5 minute breakfast wrap is sure to be your saviour! 

Nutritious, filling, flavorful, quick...what else could you want?!

Wrap Gluten Free

The merrier the better, we know that! So to keep things easy, we’ve listed the ingredients that will cover just one person, and you can simply multiply depending on how many people will be eating with you, or how hungry you are ;)


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 lime
  • 1/4 tsp chili pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Lettuce
  • 1 gluten-free wrap
  • Ghee
  • 1 organic egg

Let’s make the magic happen:

Take most of your strength and thoroughly smash the avocado. 

Once you have something similar to an avo paste, take the rest of your strength to squeeze and grate the lime. 

Add the lime juice and zest, a dash of olive oil, chili pepper, and cilantro to the avocado paste. 

Now with the last bit of strength, mix well all of the above ingredients. 

In a pan prepare, add a little ghee, and go on to fry an egg and set it aside.

Re-use the pan, yup even eco-friendly when cooking, to warm up both sides of the gluten-free wrap.

Once the wrap is heated, find a cool plate (or just a regular one), and place it there. Add the avocado smash, the egg, the greens, and the cilantro. 

If you feel like it’s not spicy enough, it’s your moment to add some extra spice sauce.
